We're always looking for talented people who want to do meaningful work in a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary environment. Current vacancies below.
WBS is not a company that makes things — we're a company that makes things happen. Three decades of client delivery has built a culture that values people who are direct, capable, and not easily discouraged.
With three divisions serving public sector, consumer, and industrial clients, WBS offers a breadth of project experience rarely available in a single firm.
Designers work alongside engineers, developers, and project managers in the same organisation. Cross-discipline perspective is part of how we work, not an aspiration.
WBS promotes from within wherever possible. People who want to take on more responsibility — and are ready for it — will find the space to do so.

WBS Digital · An Cionn Bán, Co. Cork · Hybrid (3 days on-site required)
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the WBS Digital team in Cork. You'll work across multiple client projects simultaneously, owning the design process from brief through to handoff. The role requires strong experience in web and mobile product design, the ability to manage client relationships directly, and the resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced delivery environment.
You will: Lead UX on two to three concurrent client projects; conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions; work closely with development teams to ensure design intent is maintained through delivery; present work confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
We're looking for: 5+ years of UX/product design experience; strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership; experience working in an agency or consultancy environment; familiarity with Figma, Miro, and standard accessibility guidelines. Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously is essential — this is a busy team and the ability to context-switch is not optional.
WBS Consulting · Dalkey, Co. Dublin · On-site with client travel
WBS Consulting is seeking a Service Design Consultant to join our Dublin team. This is a client-facing role requiring experience in service design, facilitation, and the production of high-quality design deliverables across a range of public and private sector engagements.
You will: Lead or support discovery and research phases on consulting engagements; facilitate workshops with client teams and subject matter experts; produce service blueprints, journey maps, and strategic recommendations; contribute to new business proposals and pitches.
We're looking for: 3–6 years of experience in service design or design consultancy; demonstrable experience working with public sector or healthcare clients; strong facilitation and communication skills; comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure your own work without close supervision. You should be comfortable working at pace and managing competing demands across multiple live projects.
WBS Consulting · Dalkey, Co. Dublin · Full-time, on-site
We're offering a graduate-entry position for a Design Researcher who wants to develop their practice within a busy consultancy environment. You'll support senior consultants across discovery and research phases — conducting desk research, assisting with fieldwork, synthesising findings, and contributing to deliverables.
You will: Support user research activities including interviews, observation, and synthesis; assist in the production of journey maps, reports, and presentations; contribute to internal knowledge management and methodology development; take on increasing project responsibility as your experience grows.
We're looking for: A degree in design, design research, human factors, social science, or a related discipline; genuine curiosity about how people experience services and organisations; strong writing skills; the ability to work collaboratively and take direction well. A willingness to do the unglamorous parts of research work — transcription, data organisation, secondary research — with the same care as the more visible deliverables.

We're looking for: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing QA or inspection role; familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems; experience with measurement equipment and CMM operation is desirable; a methodical, accurate approach to documentation and record-keeping.
